The official hotel for Isis and the Star Dancers' Yaa Halla, Y'all, a Gathering of the Stars is The Baymont Inn, located north of the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport. The hotel is within walking distance of the Grapevine Convention Center (where the shows and seminars will be held).  They have offered free shuttle services to and from the airport as well as the Convention Center.  It is in a nice part of town where you should feel secure about your location.

Each room will sleep up to four people comfortably.  A king size bed or two double beds (now two queen size beds) per room are available.  Amenities include a hair dryer, ironing board and steam iron, plus a complimentary continental breakfast.  In addition, The Baymont Inn has an outdoor pool (Great idea for August in Texas)!

EXCITING NEWS for 2012!!!

The Baymont Inn has been completely remodeled.  Some of the new amenities include refrigerators and big screen TVs in each room, and queen-size beds in every double room.  Additionally, the entire hotel is now non-smoking, a Fitness Center will be open, and a new bar is being installed in the lobby.

Regular room prices will be $149, plus taxes, per day.  Yaa Halla, Y'all has a SPECIAL RATE of $99, including taxes, per day.

Also, there are many dine-in restaurants and fast food restaurants located nearby.

Additionally, the Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall, Great Wolf Lodge, the Gaylord Texan Hotel, Outdoor World and the Bass Pro Shop are only minutes away.

Layaway Information

Layaway is now available for those purchasing a Two (2) or Three (3) Night Stay at The Baymost Inn.  The general layaway terms are as follows:

• Make initial payment (please see chart below for details) according to the month you begin payments.

• Monthly layaway payments will be automatically billed to your credit card on the 10th of each month; however, the final payment will be billed on August 1st, 2012 - not the 10th.

• Small one-time handling fee of $10.00 will be charged.
  

• Must be completely paid off by August 1, 2012.

• Auto Pay is required for all Layaways

• No refunds, all payments final

Please keep in mind that monthly payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the 10th of each month (*August payment will be billed on August 1st), regardless of the day of the month you begin your layaway. 

 

By making your initial layaway payment, you agree to the above terms and those listed on the printable Layaway Agreement form.  If you agree and would like to enroll in the Baymont Inn 2012 Layaway Plan, please print out and follow the instructions on the Layaway Agreement form (see link below) and also click on the link below to register and make your first payment.

**After you make your initial Layaway payment, you will receive an ORDER NUMBER on your receipt.  Please sign and use the order number on your printed agreement and mail or fax the entire agreement to the address or fax number on page two of the agreement.**
