Symira

Symira is both a dancer and a musician with Isis. She enjoys performing with the sword and using lots of finger cymbals which are both real challenges - that's what makes it fun! Symira plays the zurna which is the whiney, snake charmer instrument often associated with Middle Eastern music. Years of oboe training have paid off - allowing her to add a melodic component to many Isis performances with this unusual and seldom-heard live instrument.
