Skye began dancing with Isis in October 2003 and has performed at Yaa Halla Y'all and graduation ceremonies for other dance classes at Isis' Dance Studio.  Her devotion and extensive background and awards in physical fitness will help her define and accentuate the more difficult dance moves as she advances at the Isis Dance Studio.  The proud grandmother of Anthony and Jessica, she places them at the top as the most special award of her life.

Skye's classy, free-spirited dance style exudes a definite sense of attitude.  She loves the soft, rippling movement of the silk veil and also, for the inner gypsy in her, the zills and their musical dance of playful sounds.  She says, "It matters not whether you dance as a powerful Egyptian Queen or the always illusive gypsy, the dance will begin within your heart and radiate through our soul to your awaiting audience.  This is your dance."
