Serena

Serena began dancing with Isis in the Spring of 1997. She has performed at Scarborough Faire, Hawkwood, Oktoberfest, Arbor Days, Dance for the Planet, Lake Worth Bullfrog Festival, studio haflas, parties, nursing homes,  and other venues. Serena also returns to the Athens, TX Funtasia Variety Show where she has been asked to conduct a yearly seminar.

Serena, an assistant instructor with Isis, takes Polynesian/Hula classes and is the assistant director and instructor with our tribal group, Gypsy Starr. Always active, she is a DJ with a local radio station in Dallas and enjoys renaissance festivals, scuba, singing, acting, guitar, drawing, and is a black belt in Kenpo Karate.
